Pearls is a unique peer–to–peer forum that brings together groups of 8-12 women who meet to discuss issues that are relevant to their leadership role. Each forum or Pearl consists of women with similar levels of experience and who are from non-competitive industries.

The meetings are strictly confidential, creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere supporting the female conversation and where experienced feedback from peers can help you grow professionally and personally. Our role is to gather the wisdom from each Pearl and string them together so that they can be shared with all the members of the larger necklace known as Pearls.
