Respect Perspectives
The metaphor of a Pearl is perfect. We know that with challenge comes opportunity – we’ve all been there. There are times when the opportunity is not as clear or the path as smooth, this is when we can use new perspectives. Pearls is dedicated to recognizing the unique experiences of its women leaders and that by sharing these experiences the recipients can form their own pearl, unique in both colour and in shape.
