A Pearl is comprised of 8-12 women like you, and a facilitator who is trained to help your Pearl develop and mature as a dynamic and productive group. Members do not provide advice so much as share their experience and personal learning so that you can come to your own personal conclusions. Pearls consists of highly experienced coach/facilitators from all sectors and who are themselves, successful, professional women leaders.
The meetings provide a powerful support structure and agenda that fosters trust, individual growth, idea exchange, and learning at the highest level. A Pearl runs every 4-6 weeks from October to May. The schedule for each Pearl will be determined by its members.
